What to expect when you train with me
When you train with me, you can expect a personalized and goal-oriented approach to help you reach your fitness goals. I will design a workout program specifically tailored to your needs, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, increase range of motion and overall mobility, and/ or improve overall fitness. Additionally, I will conduct monthly biometric assessments to track your progress and make necessary adjustments to the program. A cardio program will be included to improve cardiovascular health and endurance. To complement your workouts, I will provide a basic meal plan to support your fitness journey. And as a special offer, the first session is on me! Together, we will work towards achieving your desired results and improving your overall well-being.
Travis Thompson Jr. is a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of fitness and personal training. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University, which provides him with a solid foundation of knowledge in human movement and exercise science.
Travis has been a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Trainer since 2008, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices. This certification ensures that he possesses the necessary skills and expertise to design effective workout programs and provide personalized training sessions for individuals of all fitness levels.
For 8 years, Travis worked as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness and Clay Road YMCA, where he gained valuable experience working with diverse clientele. This experience enabled him to develop effective communication and coaching skills, as well as an understanding of individualized training needs and goals.
In June 2012, Travis took his passion for fitness and entrepreneurship to the next level by starting his own company, Training For Results LLC. As the founder and owner, he has been able to create a unique training environment that focuses on delivering personalized and results-driven fitness programs.
